Tasting courses

During the development of this activity, the participants will taste the most representative varieties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and they will learn to identificate them according to their organoleptic hints.

This course, with an approximate lenght of 2 hours, mix interesting information about olive growing and the elaboration of the olive oil with the tasting in order to be able to identify what is the cause of the main aromas and sensory hints that we appreciate.  

The introductory courses to tasting can be made in our own facilities, in your house, enterprises or in meeting rooms.It is a group activity.
